CNC Lathes

The Boxford range of 2-axis CNC lathes are all provided complete with a touch sensitive control panel, interlocked guarding, a high-end machine controller, a USB interface and CAD/CAM Design Tools software.

These machines are ideally suited to fulfil all levels of education and training requirements and capable of machining mild steel, alloys & plastics.

CNC Milling Machines

The Boxford range of 3-axis CNC milling machines are all provided complete with a touch sensitive control panel, interlocked guarding, a high-end machine controller, a USB interface and CAD/CAM Design Tools software. They can satisfy 2.5D and 3D milling requirements.

These machines are ideally suited to fulfil all levels of education and training requirements.

The MidiMill (picture above) is suitable for machining wax, plastics & other synthetic materials.

The 190VMCxi (picture above) is suitable for machining mild steel, alloys, plastics and other synthetic materials to close tolerances.

The 300VMCi (pictured above) is suitable for machining mild steel, alloys, plastics and other synthetic materials to close tolerances.

CNC Routers

The Boxford range of 3-axis CNC high performance routers are all provided complete with a touch sensitive control panel, interlocked guarding, a high-end machine controller, a USB interface and CAD/CAM Design Tools software.

These machines are ideally suited to fulfil all levels of education and training requirements.

The A3HSRi2 is suitable for machining hardwood, softwoods, MDF, plastics and other synthetic materials. The A3HSRmi2 (picture above) is capable of the same plus Aluminium alloys and brass.

The A1HSRi2 (pictured above) is suitable for machining hardwood, softwoods, MDF, plastics and other synthetic materials.

CNC Combination Machines

The Boxford range of CNC combination machines are all provided complete with a touch sensitive control panel, interlocked guarding, a high-end machine controller, a USB interface and CAD/CAM Design Tools software. They can satisfy all turning, 2.5D milling or routing & 3D milling or routing requirements.

These machines are ideally suited to fulfil all levels of education and training requirements.

The DUETi combined lathe & mill (pictured above on the left as a lathe and on the right as a mill) is suitable for machining wax, plastics and other synthetic materials.

The MT2i combined lathe & mill (pictured above) is suitable for machining mild steel, alloys, plastics and other synthetic materials to close tolerances.

  

The A3RTCmi2 combined CNC router & lathe (pictured above as the bench-top version on the left and on a cabinet base on the right) is suitable for machining hardwood, softwoods, MDF, plastics and other synthetic materials. Also capable of machining Aluminium alloys and brass when operating in router mode.

CNC Plasma Cutter

The Boxford A1HSPi (pictured below) is a floor-standing large format CNC Plasma Cutter is suitable for cutting mild steel, stainless steel and Aluminium.

CO2 Laser Cutters

The Boxford range of CO2, mixed metal and fibre laser engraving, marking & cutting systems are capable of laser processing acrylic, anodised Aluminium, Aluminium (BFL 750W & 1kW models), cardboard, coated metals, cork, fabrics, foam, glass, laminated plastics, plastics, leather, steel & stainless steel (BML & BFL models), marble, MDF, nylon, paper, polycarbonate, rubber, stone, veneer & wood.

The BGL350, BGL460 & BGL690 laser cutters (pictured above) offer varying engraving sizes (500mm x 300mm, 600mm x 400mm, 900mm x 600mm), laser source powers (50W, 80W, 80W) & cutting thicknesses (0 - 15mm, 0 - 15mm, 0 - 20mm)

The BFL1390 metal cutting fibre laser cutter (pictured above) are suitable for training, prototyping and low volume manufacturing applications.
